Annoying Co-Worker!! Sheesh....

Why do my co-worker feel as if she has to talk alll day long and tell me every aspect of her life? This is beginning to be very annoying. She goes to the bathroom and tells me what she's done, she tells me her husband can't get an erection, and sooo much more information that I could careless to know. Sheesh.....

And don't let me start talking about something like the news or tv, some way, some how she is going to twist that conversation to get right back on a subject that she can relate to and dominate the conversation with. I'm two seconds from telling her to shut-up!!!

Boy I can't wait to leave here today. She is really getting on my last nerve. I have a tendency to be very mean when I am frustrated and I really don't want to hurt her feelings but if she don't shut up in the next 15 mins or so...Immma tell her a thang or two and she will probably never speak to me again.

Week Three Weight-In

I was nervous about this weigh in because I did not have an opportunity to go to the gym any last week and I was home in bed, sick, and eating and not counting calories. Anywho, today I weigh 215.5. I'm happy! I thought I had gained weight. Yayy!!

Hopefully I can get back into the gym this week. I am still not feeling 100%.

Start weight: 221.5
Last weigh in: 216
Today: 215.5

Half-pound loss last week. 7.5 lbs to go to reach 1st goal of 208.

My Weigh-in next week isn't looking too good.

I've been home sick with an upper respiratory infection. I have not been to the gym and I have not been counting calories and eating healthy. My kids have been playing restaurant and have been fixing my meals for me. So I've been eating hot dogs, popcorn, and so much more unhealthy things that they could fix without any help. And, I didn't have the heart to turn down their meals so it's not looking good for me right now. Next week when I'm able to get back to the gym (hopefully, I'll be feeling well) I will have to work twice as hard to make up for this week.

It was fun while it lasted.....

We got the dog and was so excited but she wasn't. She was soo homesick and scared of everything around her, we decided not to press the relationship and cause her anymore stress. We took her back to her owners and they were excited to get her back. So we are still in search of a boxer puppy, but this time, instead of adopting, I guess we will purchase one from a breeder.

Week Two Weight In /Regimen & Goals

My last weigh in was 217.5. This week's weigh in is 216! 1.5 lb loss this week. Go Me! Go Me! Go Me!

Beginning weight: 221.5
New weight: 216
Total Loss so far: 5.5 lbs

1st goal 208 (comfortable size 14 for me and the weight I was before I started gaining my weight back.) My reward: Being able to wear all the clothes I bought and now can't fit because of my weight gain.

2nd goal: 203 (which is the closest I've ever been to getting out of 200s. I usually plateau at this weight. Not sure what size I'll be wearing at this weight) My reward will be to buy me a new outfit - complete with shoes and accessories.

3rd goal: 199 (I haven't seen under 200 since 1993!!) My reward: A trip to Hershy Spa for their Moca Bath & chocolate spa treatments (can't wait for this one!)

4th goal: 189 (It will definately be time for me to go shopping for more clothes - so a shoppings spree for me!)

5th goal: 160 (which is where I want to be ultimately. My profile says 121 for my height but I will NEVER get to that size realistically and I don't want to be that small. I have big bones so I think 160 is a nice size for me - esp. if I am fit and toned.) My reward is a trip to Jamaica!!

I have no set time to lose the weight. I tend to stress when I set deadlines to be at a certain weight so this time, I'll set goals for myself (realistic ones) when I reach a certain weight.

Regimen: Last week I worked my way up to 40 mins on the elliptical machine for 4 days and I ate 1900 calories or less and I have started keeping track of my calorie intake online. This week I'm sick with a respiratory infection so I haven't been to the gym in two days. If I feel up to it when the weather cools off I may take a brisk walk or jump rope. Depending on how I feel... somehow I have to get in at least three - four days of cardio before next Tuesday (my next weight in).

Okay so I am super excited!!

DH and I have been looking so hard for a boxer puppy for our family. My BFF and I went to visit a female boxer who is a year and a half, brindle, and she is absolutely gorgeous. The visit went very well and we were told that we can come and pick her up on Sunday -- Yayy!! The kids are going to be sooo excited (they have no idea). I am a little nervous too because the owner really does not want to give her away but she has to because she is pregnant with her second child and they already have a dog that they have had much longer than the boxer and they live in a townhouse and have no backyard. So I am just PRAY'N that she does not change her mind because she was in tears during our visit but she also know that we will give her puppy a great home and family life.

I can't wait to take her on long walks and to the beach and just having her around us and apart of our family will just be great!
